- All tickets cannot be cancelled or returned within the last 72 hours before the event you need at least 4 days of the event
- Cancellations or ticket return are to be requested through our WhatsApp Number
- All cancellations or returns within 2 days of purchase will be free of charge if it's 6 days before the event
- Values for returned or cancelled Tickets will be done through the same way of purchase.
- The refund will be processed in seven days from receiving the cancellation . Noting that it varies according to issuer policy when will that amount be reflected in the card holder balance.

- Ticket Purchases
a) General Terms
All ticket purchases are processed through our authorized ticketing partner. By purchasing a ticket, you enter into a binding agreement for attendance at the specified event date and time.
- Pricing
Ticket prices are displayed on our Website and include all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on event date, availability, and ticket category. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time for future events.
- Payment
Payments are processed securely via KASHIER. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. All transactions are in the currency displayed at checkout.
- Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, in the event that we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.
- Entry & Venue Rules
Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to enter Voyage Yacht. Valid photo ID is required at entry.
Attire: Wear an appropriate outfit you feel comfortable in. Management reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
Right of Admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue at their discretion, without refund, for reasons including but not limited to: intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue rules.
Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, illegal substances, weapons, professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted.
- Photography: By entering the yacht, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. Images may be used on our website and social media channels.
- Liability
Voayge Sharm El Sheikh shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests at the venue, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. We strongly recommend not bringing valuables to the venue.
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to events caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather conditions, the Egyptian army, who contoles the marine and the red sea water or government orders, health emergencies, or other unforeseeable events.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Voyage Sharm El Sheikh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. - Alcohol is generally prohibited (illegal) on standard day-trip or tourist day-yachts in Sharm El-Sheikh by Egyptian authorities due to safety and maritime rules by the Egyptian army, which controls the Red Sea

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides for the courts of your country of residence.
